I qualified from St. Bartholomew’s Hospital Medical College in 1992 and after training in London and on the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital training program I spent a year on a sports and arthroscopy fellowship in Richmond, Virginia before returning and being appointed as a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon with a special interest in shoulder & elbow surgery at St. George’s Hospital in 2003. I was appointed a Reader in Orthopaedic Education at St. George’s University of London in 2015.
My particular surgical interests are arthroscopy (keyhole surgery) and the management of trauma to the shoulder.
